I give Swim Solutions permission to use photos / videos of my child/ren for advertising and promotional purposes. I acknowledge that permission may be revoked by me, in writing, at any time in the future. Once consent is revoked Swim Solutions will discontinue the use of images however I acknowledge that any existing material cannot be edited or deleted. I further acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that I will not receive financial compensation of any type associated with the taking or publication of these photographs or participation in company marketing materials or other company publications. I acknowledge and agree that publication of said photos confers no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever. I hereby release Swim Solutions, its contractors, its employees and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of company publications, from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation.

Terms & Conditions

I agree that my child will be accompanied to and from the pool, either by myself or an adult authorised by me, who will be responsible for their safety and conduct and I understand that Swim Solutions staff are only responsible for my child during their scheduled lesson. Swim Solutions Pty Ltd respects the privacy of its clients and the confidentiality of the information provided to us. By accepting these Terms & Conditions you agree that the information on this form will be available to the Directors and employees of Swim Solutions Pty Ltd. Term Bookings I acknowledge that cancellation fees may apply. It is my responsibility to read the booking terms and conditions emailed to me, and by submitting this form I am agreeing to them. Discounts will not apply to specially priced programs. Swim Solutions reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule classes if there are insufficient bookings, in this event credits / refunds will be provided. Holiday Bookings Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the commencement of the program will forfeit 50% of the value of the booking. ‘No shows’ will forfeit 100% of the value of the booking. Holiday lessons are specially priced and programmed and are only viable due to confirmed bookings, regretfully make-up lessons or credits for missed classes during the holiday programs will not be available for any reason. Discounts will not apply to specially priced Holiday Programs. Swim Solutions reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule classes if there are insufficient bookings, in this event credits / refunds will be provided. I also acknowledge that I have read Swim Solutions Policies at https://swimsolutions.com.au/about-us/policies/ including the COVID-19 Supplement, and by submitting an enrolment, I am agreeing to these terms and conditions and I will be placed on the Swim Solutions email list.
